Lakes Region Facility

Lakes Region Facility (LRF) is a state prison in New Hampshire, USA. It can accommodate 600 prisoners, and employs over 150 staff.
Located in Laconia, Belknap County, New Hampshire, LRF is operated by the New Hampshire Department of Corrections.
Lakes Region is a minimum security transitional prison. In 2004, it became an entirely male facility: minimum security female prisoners were relocated to the Shea Farm Halfway House in Concord, New Hampshire.
