The Lakefield Chiefs are a Junior "C" team based out of Lakefield, Ontario. They play out of the Central Junior C Hockey League.

The Chiefs made the jump to Junior "C" in 1980. They have been a member of the Central "C" league ever since. The Chiefs have won two Clarence Schmalz Cups as Ontario Junior "C" champions: 1987 and 2000. The were also Ontario Junior "D" champions in 1978 and 1979.
