Lailia Riksaasen Dahl (born March 7, 1947 in Oslo) is the current bishop of the Diocese of Tunsberg in the Church of Norway.

Riksaasen Dahl is a graduate from both the University of Oslo (1970, cand.mag.degree) and MF Norwegian School of Theology (1990, cand.theol.-degree).

Dahl worked as a teacher between 1970-80, and as a Christian Educator (cathecist) between 1980-84.

She held a teaching position at the MF Norwegian School of Theology (Assistant professor, 1984-86, and Associate professor, 1990-95) in the field of Christian Education.

Between 1995-2002 she worked first as a vicar and then as a priest before being appointed bishop in 2002. The second female bishop in the history of Norway.

She was consecrated as a bishop on February 9, 2003.
