Lahaina Civic Center

The Lahaina Civic Center is a sports, convention and entertainment complex located in Lahaina, Hawaii, on the island of Maui. It is the site of the annual Maui Invitational college basketball tournament, held every November and hosted by Chaminade University. Other events held at the Civic Center throughout the year include the World Youth Basketball Tournament in July, numerous concerts, trade shows, community festivals and fairs.

County of Maui DMV
The office of the DMV is now closed. You will need to go to Kahului.
SOCIAL HALL Full Room: 90’ x 46’ (4,140 square feet). Seating Capacity: 322
The Social Hall is a multi-purpose meeting and activity area, with retractable center wall dividing into two rooms (47’ x 46’). It features an enclosed full-service Kitchen.
GYMNASIUM Full Room: 160’ x 130’(20,800 square feet). Seating Capacity: 2,400
Many major events are held at the Gymnasium. The arena has permanent seating on the East bleachers, with telescopic bleachers on the North and South ends. The arena floor can accommodate side-by-side recreation courts with the North and South bleachers retracted. Locker room facilities (there are four) are limited, and there are only two public restrooms.
In addition, there are two sets of public restrooms in the building, three payphones (two at the main concourse and one at the gym) and water fountains throughout. In addition, Maui County Parks and Recreation and state DMV offices are located in this building.
AMPHITHEATER Stage: 68’ x 32’(2,176 square feet). Lawn: 312’ x 155’(48,360 square feet). Seating Capacity: 2,000.
The amphitheater is an open-air auditorium with tiered lawn seating, dressing rooms, and limited sound and lighting systems.
In addition the Civic Center features five tennis courts, with overhead lighting and water fountains. There is parking for 900 cars.
