Laguna Hills Mall is an average sized, enclosed shopping mall located in Laguna Hills, California, in southern Orange County. It was built in 1972 and was renovated in the 1990s, and originially anchored by three major department stores, The Broadway, JCPenney, and Sears. The Broadway became a Macy's in 1996. The mall has nearly 120 other stores, kiosks, and surrounding (on-property) stores ranging from baby apparel to fine jewelry.
The mall is owned by Simon Property Group, the largest mall owner and manager in the United States.
Due to its proximity to a retirement community of Laguna Woods, the clientelle tends to be older and slow.
