Lagosanto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Ferrara in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 70 km northeast of Bologna and about 40 km east of Ferrara. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,480 and an area of 34.2 km2.[1]
Lagosanto borders the following municipalities: Codigoro, Comacchio, Massa Fiscaglia, Ostellato.
