Home Hospital is a medical center in Lafayette, Indiana, owned by the not-for-profit Greater Lafayette Health Services, Inc., a division of Sisters of St. Francis Health Services, Inc. It began in 1869 as the five-bed "Home of the Friendless" for those who couldn't care for themselves. In 1895 it became Lafayette Home Hospital, and in 1901 was converted to a 42-bed two-story facility. As of late 2006, the hospital had 284 beds.

Greater Lafayette Health Services announced in late 2005 a plan to close both St. Elizabeth Medical Center and Home Hospital, and construct a new facility to replace them on the city's east side. Work on the new facility commenced in late 2006, with occupation planned to occur in 2009. Plans for how the Home Hospital complex will be used once the new one is complete are still being considered.
