Labour (Commonwealth English) or labor (American English) may refer to:
- Josef Labor (1842–1924), a composer, pianist, organist, and teacher
- Labour (childbirth), the process of childbirth, especially the period from the start of uterine contractions to delivery

- Labour movement, the development of a collective organization of working people
- Labour Party, a political party in various countries
