La belle au bois dormant (in English: Sleeping Beauty) is an opera composed by Michele Carafa to a French libretto. It was first performed on 2 March 1825 at the Théâtre de l'Opéra in Paris.
The famous tenor Adolphe Nourrit created the role of the Prince Lindor.
