La Vibora is a steel roller coaster located at Six Flags Over Texas in Arlington, Texas.
This is one of Intamin AG’s Bobsled coasters, commonly known as the Swiss Bob. In keeping with the Texas location the theme was changed from an alpine bobsled ride to a snake theme. The name “La Vibora” translated to English is “The Viper”. It was first located at Six Flags Magic Mountain as the name Avalanche and was blue. But was relocated to Six Flags Over Texas. It shortly kept its original name but was named La Vibora after a while to cope with the Texas theme and painted like a snake.
