From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
La Poudre Pass, elevation 3101 m (10,175 ft), is a mountain pass located in the Rocky Mountains of northern Colorado in the United States. The pass is located within Rocky Mountain National Park along the boundary between Grand and Larimer counties. The pass straddles the continental divide and separates the headwaters of the Cache la Poudre River with those of the Colorado River. The pass does not carry a road, but is traverseable by a hiking trail which allows foot access to Rocky Mountain National Park from the Poudre Canyon to the north.
