- hi everyone!
- Yes. Why are you asking? --NThurston 15:05, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- Because I am a chinese LDS, i am going to translate this page into chinese, so i wonder if you can give some suggestions.--Eric LuoTalk to me 15:10, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- I have no knowledge of Chinese, so I am afraid I would not be any help. --NThurston 15:13, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

- In my opinion, generally, the information is as accurate as one could hope for in a a forum like this and is probably a reasonable starting point. However, I think that there is an over-representation of historical issues (especially polygamy) that may give an unbalanced perspective on the Church today. I am not currently involved in those articles, and I do not have the time to get involved, however, I am sure you could look through some of the histories and find someone that has edited that is very interested in this topic. --NThurston 15:25, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
- This is the editor's dilemma - If you include it, the article is not well-written. If you skip it, the article is not complete. I would recommend an intermediate solution of shortening and summarizing that information. Use you best judgment. Anyway, someone else will certainly edit it. --NThurston 15:40, 22 August 2006 (UTC)

- Exactly. You will be far ahead to take the high ground - just the facts, than to start an opinion war. --NThurston 15:54, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
Yes, I am LDS (and User:One, Rogue Monkey; I have decided to keep Pahoran513 on as an editor for LDS related articles). But does it matter? What does it have to do with Wikipedia?
- Sure, I can help you with the Chinese article, though I'm not sure what help I'd be (I don't speak Chinese). But I think the article is fine as it stands and is worth translation. I'd be willing to help in any capacity, but I can barely tell a Ni'hau from a Sianara (and yes, I do know those are seperate languages :) ).
