L.J. Shelton (born March 21, 1976) is a current offensive tackle for the Miami Dolphins. He also played for the Cleveland Browns and Arizona Cardinals where he was drafted in the first round, 21st overall of the 1999 NFL Draft.

Shelton attended Eastern Michigan University and was a four-year letterman and a three-year starter in football. He was also a two-time All-Mid-American Conference selection and won second team All-America honors from the Sporting News as a senior.
