Lü Fan (呂範) (d. 228) was a very successful and highly ranked Chinese general under Sun Quan during the Three Kingdoms era.

He served under Zhou Yu in the Battle of Red Cliffs and was the head commander for Sun Quan for a short period of time, dying shortly after his appointment.
