László Fidel (born June 29, 1965) is a Hungarian flatwater canoer who won an Olympic silver medal in K-4 1000 m at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona.

He also won a total of five world championship gold medals - four in the K-4 1000m (1986, 1987, 1990, 1991) and once in the two-man K-2 1000m (1987 with Ferenc Csipes).
