Kyubimon (Kyuubi meaning 'nine-tails' in Japanese) is a fictional character from the Digimon franchise, a Mythical Animal-type Digimon. She is a yellow nine-tailed fox with a white mane and mystical blue flames flaring around her paws and tail tips. She was inspired by a mythical Japanese beast, the kitsune. Kyubimon is the Digivolved form of the fox Renamon. She is called Kyuubimon in Japanese. In the card game a Vaccine version of Kyubimon also exists.

- Fox Tail Inferno (Demon Fireball): The blue flames on Kyubimon's tails become brighter, and ghostly faces similar to that of DemiMeramon's appear on them. The faces then become small fireballs which Kyubimon launches at her opponents to destroy them in an explosion of energy as well as trap them in a cage of blue flames which singes them.
- Dragon Wheel (Fox Flame Dragon): Kyubimon starts to spin around very fast which causes her flames to erupt into a fiery inferno which spreads across her body turning her into a ball of swirling blue fire. When in this state Kyubimon can cause a mystical dragon to emerge from her body and destroy her enemies.

Rika wanted Renamon to digivolve for a long time but wasn't able to achieve it. However, when the two were attacked by a Dokugumon, Renamon protected Rika, thus taking the full blast of Dokugumon's attack. This act caused her to digivolve to Kyubimon (with the help of Calumon), and in her new form was able to defeat the Spider Digimon. Kyubimon also appeared when Rika was captured by IceDevimon although Rika at first was afraid that Renamon would end up like IceDevimon if she digivolved. Renamon later digivolved several times again to battle the Devas and other evil Digimon in the Digital World. When Earth and the Digital World were threatened by D-Reaper Kyubimon also appeared in several battles although this time Renamon would more often digivolve to Sakuyamon.

Kyubimon evolves from Renamon, and can evolve further into Taomon depending on its stats.
