There was a mixup between Bakin's pen name and actual name, which I've fixed. I've also poked a few other bits, but have a question. The ja.wikip page on the hakkenden novel uses the modern 伝 character, but the novel itself uses the old 傳 source, which would be correct when giving the title in japanese? --zippedmartin 22:15, 20 July 2005 (UTC)

Solved it by writing an article on the book, and giving both trad and simplified titles. I'd not noticed the 總/総 switch anyway, fonts too small... --zippedmartin 00:03, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
