Kyokutenhou Masaru (旭天鵬勝?) is a professional sumo wrestler. Born Nyamjyab Tsebeknyam on September 13, 1974 in Naraif, Mongolia.

In 1991, Nyamjyab came to Japan with other five Mongolian wrestlers including Kyokushuzan as the first Mongolian sumo wrestlers. In Mongolia, he had almost no experience of wrestling or Judo, and he was a member of basketball team in junior high school. Six month after they came to Japan, due to cultural difference, language problem, and extremely hard training, five of them including Kyokutenhou ran away from the training stable to the Mongolian embassy. But soon, he returned to the training stable.

In March 1996, he was promoted to the Juryo division, and in January 1998 to the top Makuuchi division. In 2005, he obtained Japanese citizenship with a support of his sumo stable master. It is widely believed that he will be the next stable master of Oshima-beya, a sumo training stable, when the current stable master resign in 2012.
