Kymlinge is a so-called “ghost station” on the Stockholm Metro. It is located on Line 11, between the stations of Hallonbergen and Kista. It is an abandoned station, left unfinished, in the middle of the woods north of Stockholm. In the 1970s, there were plans to build a working-class suburb and an important area for the government-owned companies, but the project was cancelled and the location was left as a nature resort.
