Kwassi Klutse

Kwassi Klutse (born July 29, 1945) was the prime minister of Togo from August 20, 1996 to May 21, 1999 when he resigned. Klutse was a member of the Rally of the Togolese People, the party of then ruling President Gnassingbé Eyadéma and was the planning minister before becoming prime minister.
