KVTE is a Las Vegas Television Network affiliated television station owned by Mountain Ridge Holdings. Its transmitter is located on top of Black Mountain in Las Vegas, Nevada.

January 2005, Robin Leach and Nathan Draige form a partnership in order to start a television network covering all things Vegas. KVTE-LP was to be the first affiliate of the new Las Vegas Television Network (LVTN).
March 1st, 2005 - KVTE/LVTN Launch.
March 28th, 2005 - After repeated attempts to get the station onto local cable television, Cox Communications frustrations grew between Robin Leach and Nathan Draige. Robin Leach resigned from the station.
March 29th, 2005 - Leach's resignation being made; official managerial control of the station and its 20 employees was handed over to William 'Trip' Mitchell. He took the oath of office on the air of KVTE or LVTN March 29th, 2005 at 5:06 PT.
July 1st, 2005 - For reasons never made public, William 'Trip' Mitchell was removed as manager of Vegas 35 / LVTN, KVTE. For the first time, the 22nd Section of the Charter of the Las Vegas Television Network was invoked, and it was decided at that time, that William 'Trip' Mitchell was incapable of properly discharging the duties of his office, to which he was sworn.
July 2nd, 2005 - Shenandoah Merrick officialy sworn in as General Manager of KVTE Vegas 35/ LVTN by Nathan Draige. This ceremony unlike the few before it, was done quitely in the office of the Executive Vice President. In attendance were Rocky Van Blaricom the second, Nathan Draige, and a Notary Public, who has no interest in the operation of the station.
July 5th, 2005 - Rocky Van Blaricom II is sworn in as AGM, or Assistant General Manager of KVTE.
September 8th, 2005 - Operations Manager Justin Miller resigns his charge under powers granted him by the 21st section of the Charter of the Las Vegas Television Network, after disagreements with management reached a boiling point.
The current status of this station is unknown. The station website has been taken down and programming has been the exact same every single day.
KVTE is the only affiliate of the Las Vegas Television Network
