I want to ask you what you would consider an acceptable source here. Finding usage of these terms on the election methods mailing list would be quite easy. Sorry, perhaps I should have been clearer. What I was looking for were some examples of where this is actually used in practice, or where the theory of it is discussed elsewhere than election-methods.org or the related mailing lists. A quick Google search turns up results mostly from WP, WP mirrors or other wikis. Of course, I'd be happy for you to prove me wrong, but as it stands, this qualifies in my mind as original research. --bainer (talk) 05:21, 26 May 2005 (UTC)
