KVAW is an MTV Tr3s-affiliated television station in Eagle Pass, Texas, broadcasting locally on channel 16. Founded October 24, 1989, the station is owned by Dr. Joseph A. Zavaletta and was formerly an affiliate of HTVN and Mas Musica.
On September 25, 2006, Mas Musica was revamped as the new MTV Tr3s network, which was created as a result of Viacom's acquisition of Mas Musica.
