Koothuparamba is a city and a municipality in Kannur district in the Indian state of Kerala.
Kuthuparamba is an assembly constitution in Kerala legislative assembly. It is equidistant from the two major towns in Kannur district namely Kannur City and Tellicherry. Kuthuparamba is the the old city where you can see the buildings and houses built hundreds of years back. Kottayam Malabar and Kinavakkal also an ancient place near to Kuthuparamba and Vellapanthal is the famous for its culture and diversity.
