[edit] Autonomous oblast?

This entity did not have a status of autonomy. It was called Red Kurdistan Uyezd, and later Red Kurdistan Okrug. So it did not have a status of an Oblast. I attach an accuracy tag for the moment, but this error should be corrected and the article moved to a correct title. Grandmaster 13:21, 25 October 2006 (UTC)
