Kurt Malangré (born September 18, 1934 in Aachen) is a former German politician.

Malangré started his political career in November 1969 when he became member of Aachen's city council. In 1972 he was elected Mayor of Aachen, and from 1973-1989 he served as Lord Mayor. From 1979 to 1999 he was also Member of the European Parliament.

For his dedication for the good of the city and its citizens he was appointed honorary citizen of Aachen in 2004.
