Kuliglig

A kuliglig is a vehicle comprising a two-wheeled trailer pulled by a hand-tractor. It is a multi purpose diesel or gasoline engine, commonly use in the provinces of the Philippines.

  • Carabao replacement, A more handy and faster tools used for farming from a traditional used of a carabao.
  • When connected with a trailer, it is used for transportation of people or farm goods from Town to Town.
  • When connected with water pump, it is use for irrigation on the rice and vegetable fields, and sometimes used for fish ponds.
  • When connected with grindstone, it can be used for sharpening knives, sanding and steel brushing.
  • On some occasions or events, it is use as a float for parade and more.

The Land Transportation Office has stated that there is no need to register the vehicle since it has no serial number and its purpose is not only for transportation.
