KSEQ (Q97) is a Rhythmic Top 40 station serving California's San Joaquin Valley. The Buckley Broadcasting outlet operates at 97.1 MHz with an ERP of 50 kW and is licensed to Visalia, California.

KSEQ flipped from Adult Contemporary to Top 40 Mainstream in 1997, only to evolve to Rhythmic Top 40 in 1998 and has enjoy excellent ratings since.
They are also one of two Top 40s covering Fresno, Tulare, Kings and Madera counties, the other being Rhythmic rival KBOS.
