Kristen Hall is an American folk singer/songwriter. She started out as a roadie for the Indigo Girls, and overcame overwhelming shyness to start a performing career as part of the Atlanta music scene. More recently, she played in a pop country band, "Sugarland", with Kristian Bush and Jennifer Nettles. She left the band early in 2006. Although she is an open lesbian, which is a rare occurrence in country music, her sexuality was hidden in country media guides Kristen has been a regular at Eddie's Attic in Decatur, GA and in earlier has been seen in performance at Emory University - the Alma Mater of the Indigo Girls.
