[edit] Is it all automated?
Im 100% sure this question has been asked before but i just cant seem to find it and/or the answer. So apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused. Heres my question:
If i were to create an artice for one of the 'Requested Articles' do i have to tell someone that i did so or is there an automatic updating process?
Oh and on the same note do i have to explicitly ask someone to review an article i created or will that be automatically handled?
Thanks in advance.
- It's all automatic. When you follow a "red link" to create an article, type in some content, and save your work, the link will immediately turn blue. I've put links to some other helpful information above. - UtherSRG (talk) 12:01, 9 February 2006 (UTC)

- Wikipedia:Requested articles is not automated - if you make an article from there then the red link will turn blue and someone will remove it from the requests list (you don't need to do this yourself).
-
- When you create an article it will pop up in Recent changes - so maybe someone will take a look. However there isn't a formal process to review edits. If you have a great article and you want further opinions you can go to Wikipedia:Peer review.

- Or if you want another opinion on an article you could just ask me :)--Commander Keane 12:05, 9 February 2006 (UTC)
Ok, I took a look at Omniture. Great job! It has a stub notice, infobox, categories - there's nothing missing, now we just hope that the content gets expanded. About cross linking to 207.net. We have some options:
- We can redirect 207.net to Omniture - and deal with both topics in the same article
- Make a seperate article for 207.net, and link to it from Omniture in the See also section (which goes just above External links)--Commander Keane 13:10, 9 February 2006 (UTC)
