Krasnogvardeyskaya (Russian: Красногвардейская, literally "Red Guardian station") is a station at the southern end of the Zamoskvoretskaya Line of the Moscow Metro. It was opened in 1985. It is a vault-type station with a coffered ceiling and walls faced with red marble. The theme of the station's decorative elements, which include stained-glass panels by L.L. Berlin, is "The Red Guards of Moscow, 1917." The architects were I.G. Petukhova and N.I. Shumakov.
