KQQB-FM ("Live 104.5") is a Top 40 Mainstream radio station serving the Spokane, Washington radio market. KQQB's community of license is Newport, Washington (87,000 watts). KQQB also rebroadcasts in Spokane on KQQB-1 (4000 watts).
KQQB is owned and operated by Proactive Communications, which also owns and operates KAZZ (Oasis 107.1) from Deer Park.
At first, KQQB was one of two Rhythmic Contemporary outlets serving the Spokane area when it signed on in December 2005 (KEZE was the other). But weeks into the format KQQB evolved into a Mainstream Top 40 direction, filling the void left open by KEZE's sister station KZZU. In December 2006 they reimaged themselves as "Live 104.5" and shifted away from their Rhythmic lean for a more mainstream direction.
