KPSI-FM

KPSI-FM, also known as Mix 100.5 FM, is a Palm Springs, California radio station playing contemporary hit music (1990's and 2000's songs of pop, rock and hip-hop genres). It is owned by RR Broadcasting. KPSI-FM went on the air on June 13, 1980 under their first slogan "Power 101", moved from 101.1 MhZ to a new dial 100.5 MhZ in November 1991, and had a nickname "Mix 100.5" on March 23, 2004.

Notes: K-News radio is a news/talk station on two dials simutaneously has the same programming on KNWZ 970, Coachella. and KNWQ 1140, Palm Springs. Some high-wattage AM/FM Riverside/San Bernardino and AM/FM Imperial Valley along with Mexicali, Mexico radio stations are received in parts of the Coachella Valley. Certain home radios and car stereo radios receives some high-wattage AM/FM Los Angeles area and San Diego area radio stations, due to their microwave transmittors west of Palm Springs.
