KPEJ channel 24 is a Fox affiliate serving the Midland / Odessa, Texas area.
[edit] History
KPEJ began in 1986 as an independent station before becoming a Fox affiliate in 1990. It also had a secondary affiliation with UPN from 1998 to 2003.
Today the station is still run similar to other independent stations showing first-run court and talk shows along with reruns of popular shows (such as The Simpsons, Everybody Loves Raymond, and King Of The Hill).
KPEJ is also one of the few Fox affiliates without a news department or a nightly newscast.
