Kozo Takeda(武田幸三,December 27, 1972-) is a Japanese kickboxer who shows promise to become a champion of Thailand. He decided to be a kickboxer because he watched K-1 on TV when he was at university. He won the national title of Thailand in 2001, a significant event for Thai boxing because he was the 4th kickboxer to became Thailand national champion who was a foreigner. Therefore he is called "Muay thai champion of Legend" in Japan.
In addition, he began to challenge K-1 since 2003. However, he has not succeeded in it yet.
