Kothi
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Kothi or Koti is one of the most well-known and busiest districts of Hyderabad, the capital city of Andhra Pradesh, India. The area's name is derived from the word kothi meaning a mansion, for the lavish mansion built in Victorian and Corinthian style once belonging to one of the city's wealthy British residents and which was, in 1949, converted into the campus of the Osmania University College for Women.
