Kosmas Air is a charter cargo airline based in Belgrade, Serbia. The airlines main fields of activity cover air freighter and transport of humanitarian aid relief among the regions of Europe, Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Kosmas Air is the first Cargo Air Operator in Serbia with its home base in Belgrade. AOC for charter cargo worldwide was issued in May 2004. First services commenced with an IL76TD with the registration YU-AMI in July 2004.
The airline flew out of Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Holland, Spain, Switzerland carrying humanitarian and relief cargo to Tsunami areas (Sri Lanka, Banda Aceh, Medan, Kuala Lumpur) in January 2005.

The airline mostly flies from Serbia to Montenegro, Bulgaria, Albania, Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Italy, France, Slovakia, Iraq, Kuwait, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Tanzania and South Africa.
