[edit] Sigurðardrápa
This is the stanza quoted in Heimskringla in Lee M. Hollander's translation (ISBN 0292730616):
- Bring not there your beer, vat-
- brewed, to lord free-handed,
- nor fare with baskets filled with
- food. —The gods tricked Thjatsi.
- All shun to fall foul of
- fender-of-the-temple,
- fain to be the famed one's
- friend. —Fought Gram for riches.
Should be integrated into the article at some point or, perhaps, Sigurðardrápa is worthy of a separate article, I'm not sure. No, probably not. Haukur 09:21, 27 April 2006 (UTC)
