Kornwestheim is a town in the district of Ludwigsburg, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. It is situated about 10 km north of Stuttgart, and 5 km south of Ludwigsburg.

The Kornwestheim Drive-In Cinema is the only drive-in cinema in Baden-Wuerttemberg, lies in the city of the same name of the district Ludwigsburg and is supraregional well-known. It has two projection walls, whic are 15 meters highly and 36 meters wide, respectively 10 meters highly and are 24 meters wide. For sound transmission Kornwestheim Drive-In Cinema has two FM-transmitters, which work on 89 MHz for the sound of the film shown on the big and on 91.3 MHz for the sound of the film shown on the small projection wall. The light power of the used projectors is 6 Kilowatts.
