Korn/Ferry International, headquartered in Los Angeles and founded in 1969 by Lester Korn and Richard Ferry, is the world's largest executive search firm with 70 offices in North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America, the Middle East and South Africa. This headhunting firm conducts over 80,000 senior-level searches annually.
Paul C. Reilly, a former CEO of KPMG, is the current Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Korn/Ferry. He has BS and MBA degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
