Putting this image under the GFDL is highly questionable. The web site source has a restrictive use policy, but then has a specific disclaimer on this image that says, "There are no usage restrictions for this photo."

Such a disclaimer is not equivalent to releasing an image into the public domain, and absent the owner's consent, Wikipedia (and it would appear, the uploader to Wikipedia) has no legal right in the U.S. (nor, to my knowledge any other country) to re-license the work. It is essentially under [1] as modified by the above phrase. -Harmil 15:52, 4 August 2005 (UTC)
