[edit] which king christian?

which king christian does this anthem refer to?

King Christian IV during a naval battle with Sweden in 1644, the so-called Battle of Kolberger Heide (close to the northern coast of Holstein in modern Germany). The text celebrates that he stood firm although he was hurt by shrapnel and lost his left eye in the battle. Other stanzas mention Niels Juel and Peter Tordenskiold, other Dano-Norwegian heroes.
