Konami Cup Asia Series

The Konami Cup Asia Series is an international baseball tournament in Asia that was first held between November 10 and November 13, 2005, in Tokyo. It is played among the champions of Japan's Japan Series Championship, South Korea's Korea Series Championship, Taiwan's Taiwan Series and a special team that is organized from the best players of the China Baseball League.

  • The tournament consists of a round-robin preliminary round in which each team plays all 3 of the other teams. The top 2 teams advance to the final round.
  • The designated hitter rule is applied throughout the series.
