The Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi, Ghana, is the second-largest hospital in the country and the only tertiary health institution in the Ashanti Region.

KATH is an 1500-bed hospital that acts as the referral hospital for the northern two thirds Ghana.

KATH has 11 directorates. These are;
