This is a screenshot from a 1990 documentary titled "Up From the Ashes" which was produced by KOMO-TV/Fisher Broadcasting in May of 1990. Seen here is the car (taken from news video) driven by KOMO TV photographer David Crockett, a photographer who nearly lost his life in the eruption.
