Kolvereid

Kolvereid is the centre in Nærøy municipality, Norway. A regional centre in terms of geography and infrastructure, Kolvereid currently witnesses growth, and Nærøy has decided to declare town status. With a population approaching 2,000, Kolvereid is the smallest town in Norway.

Historically it formed a separate municipality, but in 1964 it was merged into Nærøy.
