KNTK-FM Radio 102.3 is a News/Talk station based in Mount Shasta, California (city of license is Weed, California), owned by Four Rivers Broadcasting. The general manager is John Anthony and the program/news director is Rick Martin, who hosts the KNTK Morning News and TalkBack. The station is currently an affiliate of the ABC Radio Network, home of Paul Harvey News and Comment and The Rest Of The Story.

The station first signed on the air as KSQU-FM back in the early 1980's in Weed. It was then purchased by Tom Erickson of Lake Havasu, Arizona, moved to Mt. Shasta and renamed KWHO-FM. The station was one of two country music radio stations in Siskiyou County (the other was KSYC-AM) and the first to broadcast country music on the FM band in the market.
KWHO was sold to Huth Broadcasting in 1997 and the format was changed to adult contemporary. Then the station was sold to Four Rivers Broadcasting, which already owned KSYC-AM, KSYC-FM, KMJC-AM and KMJC-FM. The format remained until 2003 when the news talk format moved from the AM stations to KWHO. The call letters were changed to KNTK in 2004. The signal is transmitted up and down the Interstate 5 corridor from Weed to Orland at 102.3, to Yreka at 101.7, and locally in Mt. Shasta at 99.3, all on the FM band.

KNTK is the flagship station for Mt. Shasta High School and College of the Siskiyous football with Rick Martin and Al Blackmore on the commentary as well as the annual Lions All-Star Football Game (starting in 2006). It's also the flagship station for Mt. Shasta High School basketball with Martin calling the action on a solo basis. They occasionally include Weed and Dunsmuir High School games.
