KNSI is a news and talk radio station based in St. Cloud, Minnesota broadcasting on 1450 AM. It's owned by Leighton Broadcasting, which also owns KCLD. KNSI focuses on national events with syndicated talk show hosts such as Rush Limbaugh, Laura Ingraham, George Noory and Michael Savage. The station broadcasts St. Cloud State University (SCSU) Husky hockey. KNSI also has local shows such as Hot Talk with the Ox and weekend shows like Dave Phipps Creative Department and Race to the Right.
Leighton Broadcasting also owns KCLD 104.7 FM (Top 40), KCML 99.9 FM "Lite 99.9" (Adult Contemporary), KZPK 98.9 FM "Wild Country 99" (Country) in St Cloud.
In the summer of 2006 it was announced that KNSI would become the broadcast station of SCSU Football, Men's & Women's Basketball while continuing the broadcasting of Husky Hockey beginning with the 2006-2007 seasons.
