Knocknagree , "Cnoc na gree" in Irish, is located in the North-West of County Cork in the Republic of Ireland. It is approximately one mile from the County Cork-County Kerry border, and looks south towards the Blackwater River.

The village has in 2004-2005 seen extensive redevelopment on the "Fairfield" or Village Green and a huge debt of gratitude is due to our local County Council engineer Mr.Martin Corcoran.
