KNOF (95.3 FM) is a non-commercial, Christian gospel music and Christian teaching radio station operated by the Selby Gospel Broadcasting Corporation in St. Paul, Minnesota. The station calls itself "Full Gospel Radio in the Twin Cities", and primarily broadcasts a mix of fifteen and thirty minute pre-recorded teaching ministry programs as well as several segments of southern gospel music.

The station broadcasts at a power of 3000 watts from a 249 foot tower in western St. Paul. Several times a day, syndicated national and international news feeds from the Salem Radio Network (SRN), a division of the Salem Communications Corporation, are aired on the station.

KNOF is one of the few radio stations in the United States owned one hundred per cent by a woman. The Reverand Grace Adams is the only shareholder of the closely-held Selby Gospel Broadcasting Corporation, which Rev. Adams and her late husband formed in August, 1960 to broadcast Christian programming to the greater Twin Cities area.

The station operates from a small, unadorned studio in St. Paul. Attached to the studio is the KNOF Chapel, which is a church congregation that sponsors the radio station.
